Seelsorge / Soul Care
You don't have to carry this alone.
Whatever you're going through, whether grief, doubt, burnout, relationship pain, or something you can't quite name, there's someone here who wants to listen.
What is soul care?
Soul care at Mosaik is a confidential space to talk with a trained member of our pastoral team. It's not therapy, it's not counselling, it's pastoral friendship. Someone who will listen without judgment and pray with you if you'd like.
You don't need to be in crisis to reach out. Some people come with a specific situation. Others just need someone to talk to. Both are completely welcome.
Soul care conversations are completely confidential and only shared with the leadership and prayer team, never beyond that without your permission.
A few things to know.
Not professional therapy
Our team are trained pastoral carers, not licensed therapists. If you need professional mental health support, we'll help you find the right person.
Not one-size-fits-all
Every conversation is different. No set programme, no required sessions, we follow your lead.
Not just for big crises
You don't need to hit rock bottom before reaching out. If something's weighing on you, that's enough reason to get in touch.
How it works.
Fill in the form below
Tell us a little about what's going on. You don't need to share everything upfront.
We'll be in touch
Someone from our soul care team will reach out within a few days to arrange a time to talk.
Have a conversation
An informal chat, in person, over video, or by phone. Whatever feels most comfortable.
We take it from there
Some people only need one conversation. Others meet regularly. No obligation either way.
Get in touch.
Fill in as little or as much as you're comfortable sharing. Everything is confidential.
Need more support?
Sometimes you need a professional.
Our soul care team can help point you toward qualified therapists, counsellors, and mental health resources in Berlin. If you're not sure what kind of support you need, just reach out, we'll help you figure it out.
Whatever you're carrying, bring it.
No judgment. No agenda. Just someone who cares.
